Demonstration of key polar bear milestones achived during the 50 years history of the Polar Bear Agreement in 1973-2023.
The milestones have been categoried as a Management, Traditional and Ecological Knowledge (TEK), or Research milestone. Domestic milestones have been labeled with the respective country.

The demonstration was presented at the PBRS Meeting of the Parties, held online October 30 - November 2, 2023.

This annotated list of strategic messages is a supplemental document to the Polar Bear Range States’ Climate Change Communications Strategy 2022-2025. 
The document presents five key messages highlighting the main concerns related to the impact of climate change on polar bears. Those key messages have been adopted by the Polar Bear Range States (PBRS) as the concepts most critical to communicate to stakeholders in order to empower climate action related to polar bears.
The five key messages from the Climate Change Communications Strategy are listed along with alternative forms of those messages - each employing varying tone, length, and vocabulary befitting different media.
