Terms of Reference (ToR) for Polar Bear Range States Operating Teams and Working Groups for the period 2023-2025.

This (revised) first version of the 2023-2025 ToR was approved by the Polar Bear Range States Heads of Delegation by email on March 1, 2024.

An update was made to the ITEK WG members list on April 29, 2024 and May 6, 2024.
